Lanzarote

Measuring only thirty miles long and thirteen miles across, Lanzarote is one of the smallest of the Canary Islands. A volcanic island, is has been granted Biosphere Reserve status by UNESCO meaning that this natural habitat is protected from over-development. The desert-like climate of Lanzarote makes it a great destination for holidaymakers looking for relaxation in beautiful surroundings.

Tenerife

Tenerife has been popular with holidaymakers the world over on account of its glorious climate, rarely dropping below fifteen degrees centigrade even in the winter months. The occasional rainfall helps to keep the lush vegetation to the North of the island verdant, which is turn supports a host of exotic plants and animals. Nature lovers are drawn to the Teide National Park in Tenerife, home to Mount Teide, the highest peak in Spain standing at two thousand metres.
